Artwork Guide

As a professional printing company ( based in Rawdon Leeds ) we will always endeavour to provide the clearest options for your printing needs. To this extent we only use professional printing software.

At priceless print leeds we are happy to accept any of the following file formats and disk types for printing your job. We are always updating our printing software and hardware, so if your application media type is not listed, please call us. It may well be that we can incorporate your printing software version when undertaking your print project.

Please note we only accept the file types detailed below, otherwise we will have to charge for the conversion to a useable format. Please make sure your file is clearly labelled. To avoid confusion it would be useful if your disk only contained the relevant files you want printing.

FONTS: All screen and PostScript fonts need to be supplied unless they have been converted to curves / outlines.

COLOURS: All colours on documents need to be set to CMYK. RGB is not an acceptable printing format.

RESOLUTION: When supplying images, ensure that they are scanned at 300dpi and are at 100% otherwise quality will be compromised.

BLEED: (TRIM) & CUTTING: All files need 3mm bleed for cutting. If files are supplied without any bleed they will be given a border, so they can be cut correctly. For printing to be finished correctly, please ensure that any text or logos are 4mm away from the edge.

PROOFS: All jobs need to be supplied with a colour proof.

Prices do not include artwork, delivery or VAT and are for CMYK printed work. Pantone specific colours incur extra cost. Quotations are based on PricelessPrints' current costs of production and are subject of amendment on or at any time after acceptance.
There is a £25 Artwork / Setup fee for all artwork supplied in the
following applications / file types: WORD, PUBLISHER, POWER POINT.

Completed artwork can be supplied on a CD at a charge of £25.
Please Note: All of our artwork is created in either, Quark XPress, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.
We will not be able to supply editable artwork in any other format.
